▼ Simple illustrations or verbal concepts are acceptable.
Even if the design itself is not clear,
We can also accommodate requests such as "I want you to help me come up with this original design!"
Our shop will propose a design.
Let's create a one-of-a-kind silicone mold together!
Once the approximate size is determined, we will send you a quote at a later date.
If you are satisfied with the quote, you will pay the order fee upfront from the quote.
(After the mold is completed, you will pay the remaining balance from the quote, excluding the amount already paid.)
※ Please note that the upfront order fee is non-refundable.
Therefore, please feel free to ask any questions you may have at this stage.
Once payment is confirmed,
we will proceed to the next step.
▼ Once the design is shared, the quote is approved, and the upfront payment is received,
we will create 3D data and you will check the data.
Corrections at this stage are free of charge, no matter how many times.
Communication will primarily be via DM or LINE, but if you prefer a ZOOM meeting, we can accommodate that.
▼ Once the 3D data design is approved, we will actually print it with a 3D printer.
You will check the size and design of the printed prototype via DM, official LINE, or ZOOM if you prefer.
Corrections at this stage are free up to 3 times.
(Data correction → printing is free up to 3 times)
▼ Once the prototype is completed, we will manually polish it to remove the layer lines from the 3D printer output and smooth the surface.
This is the most time-consuming part of the process.
Once polishing is complete, we will pour silicone to create the mold.
You will check the completed mold and pay the remaining balance, excluding the upfront order fee.
Once payment is confirmed, we will ship the item.
※ If you wish to see the finished product by pouring Jesmonite into the completed silicone mold as a trial,
we will accommodate your request if you pay for the amount of Jesmonite used and the material cost of the silicone to make an additional mold.
